sales administrator

Our well established client in Peterhead has a fantastic opportunity for a sales administrator to join their busy sales team on a full time permanent basis.

Hours - Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630 with the occasional Saturday working when required.

Duties:-

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Completing internal control sheets using Microsoft Excel.

  • Inputting of invoices on Sage Accounting software

Skills & Experience:-

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

  • Previous experience of Sage desired but not essential

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.

  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
