sales administrator
Our well established client in Peterhead has a fantastic opportunity for a sales administrator to join their busy sales team on a full time permanent basis.
Hours - Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630 with the occasional Saturday working when required.
Duties:-
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Completing internal control sheets using Microsoft Excel.
Inputting of invoices on Sage Accounting software
Skills & Experience:-
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
Previous experience of Sage desired but not essential
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
