office manager
We are working closely with our client based in Turriff who has an exciting new position for an Office Manager to take ownership of various duties within their office.
This will be on a part time permanent basis to begin with and could become full time if required.
The hours will be between 20 – 30 hours spread across Monday to Friday with a requirement to be in the office each day.
Key responsibilities: -
Update, create and maintain the company operations manual.
Weekly update of labour resources and project year planner.
Submit weekly reports to manager.
Manage holidays and annual planner.
Manage recruitment, onboarding and ongoing employee reviews.
Manage training records and requirements.
Process timesheets and potentially the payroll and VAT returns.
Manage office, stationery, equipment and photocopier/ IT suppliers.
Daily Xero and FreeAgent processing and prepare weekly rolling cash flow.
Process all incoming invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders.
Credit control and publishing of financial reports.
Updating website and social media platforms along with email campaigns.
Manage email inboxes and document external correspondence.
Manage and update enquiries process and issue updates when required.
Other general office duties as required.

Proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritise and complete tasks.
