We are currently seeking a skilled Joiner to join our clients growing team based in Turriff. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality joinery work across various projects that require precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork throughout Aberdeenshire.

A company van will be provided.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 0700 - 1700

Temporary to permanent contract available for the right applicant with the opportunity to progress within the company.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble wooden structures according to specifications.

• Perform heavy lifting and operate power tools safely and efficiently.

• Ensure all joinery work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.

• Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to complete projects effectively.

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing structures as required.

• Utilize hand tools for precise measurements and cuts.

• Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joiner or in a similar role within the construction industry.

• Strong skills in using power tools and hand tools safely.

• Ability to read technical drawings and plans accurately.

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various conditions.

• Can work on own initiative and as part of a team.
