Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor for our client in Peterhead to join their busy production team on a full time permanent basis.

Hours of work: 45 hours weekly, Monday - Friday 0600 - 1530 with additional Saturday mornings ( average of twice monthly) Flexibility on hours is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and effectively.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

• Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

• Collaborate with other departments.

Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role is essential.

• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and health & safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams and maintain composure under pressure.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
